Elevate Your Firm’s Capacity: Introducing Co-Pilot Version 8.4.0

The success of a modern wealth management firm depends on two critical factors: the ability to scale client relationships and the unwavering accuracy of trade execution. The true value of an advisor lies in strategic oversight and client engagement.

Following our successful 8.3.0 update, we are excited to announce the release of Co-Pilot Version 8.4.0, estimated for the week of May 4th, 2026. This release is designed to position the Advisor as the COO of their operation—empowering them to direct a centralized implementation team with precision and speed.

Production roll out will be the week of 5/4/26. Services will be unavailable during the upgrade. Please contact [email protected] or your Client Strategy representative with questions.

Release Highlights

Operational Efficiency: From Execution to Oversight

Version 8.4.0 introduces workflows that transform time-consuming manual tasks into streamlined strategic directions, potentially reducing 30-minute administrative activities to just 5 minutes of oversight.

  • Advisor-Led Trade Requests: Advisors can now act as the “COO” of their book of business by initiating and monitoring specific trade tasks—such as “Raise Cash,” “Invest Cash,” or “Model Changes”—directly from the dashboard. This allows advisors to spend less time in the weeds of execution and more time face-to-face growing client relationships.
  • Centralized Implementation Tracking: Entitled users can assign requests to themselves, creating a clear audit trail and status history. This ensures that the centralized implementation team and the advisor stay perfectly aligned on the progress of every task.

Precision Trading & Model Management

We continue to deepen the tools available for complex asset classes and sophisticated portfolio construction.

  • Fixed Income RFQ Integration: Bring institutional-grade precision to your fixed income desk. Users can now request, negotiate, and counter-offer quotes from dealers directly within Co-Pilot, fully supporting the FIX 5.0 protocol for deeper integration.
  • Integrated Model Factsheets: Enhance the model selection process by attaching PDF research or marketing materials directly to any model. This ensures that the most current data is available to anyone deciding which models to assign to an account.

Technical Improvements & Transparency

  • Enhanced Gains/Loss Visibility: Real-time G/L calculations are now available through PBT, Security Swap operations, and Pre-Trade reviews.
  • Multi-Custodian Workflow Automation: Automate executing broker configurations based on an account’s custodian, reducing manual setup and preventing routing errors.
  • Unified Security Identifiers: Security Master records can now share identifiers (CUSIP, SEDOL, ISIN) to support multiple symbologies across different custodian feeds.
